The mosaic lampshades are made of colored glass (not painted), beads and some also contain mirror shards, the glue which holds them together is both weather and water proof. The metal parts as already mentioned are made on bronze, if you look at them closely you would notice that the surface is not smooth but rather riffled, this effect was achieved by manually hammering the metal with a dull nail. Not only it makes the lamp more exotic but the metal base also creates distorted light reflection.
These lamps are great for bedside tables or places you go to for concentration, such as study rooms or offices. If you use a dim light bulb on these lamps they could be used as a night lamp in a children’s bedroom or nursery, the light reflection would be soft and in the color of the mosaic shape.
This lamp is suitable for indoors and outdoors (in case you do want to place it outside), the bronze material is not prone to color-change or rusting; to boost your confidence we offer a 5-year guaranty for it.
